Course Description:
This 3-day intensive course is dedicated to dental technicians specializing in CAD/CAM design
for full arch restorations. The program focuses on advanced digital workflows and design
strategies for FP1 and FP3 prosthetic concepts, integrating function, esthetics, and biomechanics
into predictable and eHicient digital design.
Participants will work directly in Exocad, developing skills in advanced case planning, digital
articulation, smile design, and design of provisional and final full-arch restorations. The course
emphasizes the synergy between clinical and laboratory data — including digital implant planning,
photogrammetry, intraoral scans, Smilecloud design, and jaw motion analysis — ensuring precise
communication and integration between clinic and lab.
Hands-on sessions will cover step-by-step design protocols for full-arch frameworks, bridge
structures, gingiva design, screw channel positioning, and verification of passive fit. Each participant
will complete full workflows from data import to final design, including prototype and definitive
restoration stages.
